Throughout my time at Faith Baptist Christian Academy I learned a lot of very important values to being a Christian, a man, and successful athlete. I came there in 2009 with an opportunity to play baseball at the high school level by a coach that taught me to play the game to excel towards the next level. Playing baseball wasn't all I was taught, thus the most important thing that was taught to be the number one thing in my life was love for God, who made it all possible for my attendance at Faith Baptist.

My name is Jesus Astudillo, I am from Caracas Venezuela, I am20 years old. I would have to thank Faith Baptist Christian School for giving me the opportunity to make my first step in the states, also thank them for caring for me. I went to this school for 2 years, my time at Faith Baptist was amazing with the help of my teammates, coaches, teachers and even people at church, those two years were unforgettable. The most important thing that this school and their staff did for me was bringing me closer to the Lord.

I had a great time at Faith, it is a great school and they have great people.  I had some difficult days because I was miles away from my family but I had a great time.  I want to thank everyone that helped me during the time that I stayed at Faith

My testimonial at faith Baptist is that I learned to be more of a man because there is more than just baseball. They taught me the values of life and also the most important thing they brought me closer to God. In baseball they always told me to not take anything for granted and that made me a better player.

My testimonial at faith Baptist is one of the best things I had in my life.  They gave me the opportunity to come to the USA to play baseball and received a quality education with no English at all. This is one of my best experiences in my life to know the Lord Jesus and put God in my life and to be a good man.

I arrived to Faith Baptist planning on playing baseball and going to school. I was going to church every Wednesday and twice on Sunday, and having bible lessons every weekday for class. Listening to the truth and seeing how lost I really am in this world was pretty Breath-taking. Next thing you know I was scared for my life and realized I needed to get saved ASAP because if I die anytime soon I will be going to hell. Hell is a terrible painful place associated with the devil and where no one wants to be. I got saved at the Faith Baptist on a Tuesday afternoon in February when Brother Clarisa was giving the Wednesday sermon right before lunch. He was preaching and I felt that I could not go on another day without being saved, I would drive myself insane and with the fear of dying and going to hell. Thank God I got saved and blessed to live another day. I constantly thank God for giving  me the experience at Faith, but I had never had that experience I do not know where I would be today, athletically, morally, spiritually and educationally. I thank you Coach Hughes for being a blessing in my life as well as the Reynolds family. You all are wonderful people that God has tremendously blessed. I thank God for my experience at Faith and I do not regret it!
