Mark 16:15

Faith Baptist Church has always been a missions-minded church. Missions is the heartbeat of God.
The Great Commission is to go into all the world with the Good News of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Matthew 28:18-20
“And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”

Visitation Outreach
We have several opportunities for outreach with the 1st Wednesday night of every
month being our OUTREACH NIGHT. This is a time of church-wide cooperation
in reaching the lost. We begin at 6:45pm with a fellowship meal, followed by each of
our workers taking on a task associated with outreach. Some distribute tracts, some
prepare literature packets for distribution, others make soul-winning visits in the
community, and still others help with our missionary contacts and letters.
Everyone has something to do for the cause of Christ. In addition, different follow-up
programs are offered to our members including visitation of absentees and prospects,
visitation of the shut-ins and those in the hospital.
Military Outreach
The mission of the Military Ministry at Faith Baptist Church is to partner with Chaplains,
Commanders, and Churches to offer Christ-centered solutions to the challenges that our
military and their families face.
Locally, our Military Ministry is at Fort Stewart Military Installation in Hinesville, GA about
15 minutes from our church.
Bus & Transportation Ministry
Sunday Mornings
Van pick-up is available for Sunday mornings between the times of 9:15 am and 9:45 am.
Faith has 2 separate van routes within a 15-30 minute radius of our church. We take extra
care to make your trip as safe and enjoyable as possible. Vans are available for older senior
citizens as well as children of all ages. Please call the church in advance during the week to
inform us of your intent to come to our church via van transportation. We look forward to
serving you in our community.
Nursing Homes
We hold services at two nursing homes in our area every Sunday.
Our faithful workers have led this miistry since its inception and
continue their efforts after more than 30 years of faithful service.

Prison Ministry
Matthew 25:36 "..... I was in prison, and ye came unto me."
Local jails, state prisons, and federal institutions are all a part of our effort to
reach the lost and often forgotten behind bars. For more information, contact
